CODE OF BEHAVIOUR SAFER SEX

Ajpnia does NOT arrange barebacking parties. We encourage everyone to make use of the condoms and lube which can be found in bowls strategically placed around the club. Unsafe sex still carries risks, as does barebacking amongst HIV-positive guys. If you nevertheless wish to have unsafe sex, then you should discuss your sexual status together beforehand.

BE DISCREET AND RESPECTFUL TO ONE ANOTHER

People don't only look different - and that, thank God, also goes for the gay scene - they also have different sexual preferences. Talking about these preferences can be arousing, but please no judgemental discussions. We hope that each and everyone of our guests will leave happy and contented in whichever way they please! No little-tattle, and no loud calling out of names in Ajpnia.

AJPNIA IS A NONVIOLENT ZONE 

Whoever forces others to have sex or to participate in particular sexual practices, who feigns safe sex, gives someone drugs, takes advantage of a situation (for example, when someone is asleep), or attempts any of the above will be barred from the club. We also reserve the right to file charges against said Person. 

NO DISCRIMINATION

Neither individual guest nor section of population should be discriminated against on our premises on the basis of skin colour, sexuality or country of origin, their sex, their HIV-status, their age or for any other reason.

If you hear any discriminatory comments, experience discrimination yourself or feel in any way threatened, then please contact a member of staff.
